Cheese Counter Help (FT)
Seeking exceptional counter professional who is passionate about cheese, food and customer service. The position requires careful handling, cutting, and displaying of cheeses. Knowledge to make accompanying food and drink recommendations to customers helpful. The applicant must be willing to work weekends; and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally and stand for extended periods of time.

Deli Clerk (FT/PT)
Responsibilities are, but not limited to, customer service, taking food/catering orders, sandwich making, daily food set up/presentation, packing prepared foods, slicing of cold cuts, putting deliveries away, portioning of soups and salad dressing, cleaning and sanitation. Must be friendly, dependable, self-motivated and a great team player. Able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time. Weekends a must. Experience helpful.

Butcher Counter (FT)
Candidates who apply for the Butcher Counter position must possess the following skills: Good working knowledge of food quality, hygiene and sanitation. Strong Customer Service skills and ability to interact with other people.  Package, wrap, weigh, stamp, mark and accurately price and label merchandise for retail sale.  Proactively engage customers, promote product and sales, build customer relationships, and provide outstanding customer service. Operate relevant equipment in a safe and productive manner.  Standing and walking for extended periods of time required and lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling a cart up to 100 lbs. required. Flexible schedule.  

Deli Barback- (FT/PT)
Responsible for packing out soups, dressing, salads, making sure all items in the cases are full, putting deliveries away, removing garbage from deli line and keeping area clean and sanitary in accordance with established procedures. Reports directly to Deli/Asst. Deli Manager. Applicant must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.  Weekends necessary.

Cashier (FT/PT)
Position requires cash handling skills, customer service, attention to details, physical labor and operating a computerized register. This includes the ability to lift 25 or more pounds occasionally and standing for extended periods of time. After school and weekends a must. Candidates with some retail, culinary, or gardening helpful. 

Stock Clerk (FT)
This position is responsible for keeping the shelves stocked and leveled at all times.  Duties involve providing excellent customer service, setting up/replenishing displays, rotating product, and cleaning. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. regularly and 50 to 75 lbs. occasionally. Weekends and holidays needed.

Cook (FT)
As a Production Cook you will use your culinary talents and work with a team to ensure the prepared foods are up to standards our customers come to expect.  You will assist the Deli Manager, Executive Chef and Sous Chef in setting the culinary standard for the store.  Complete daily food production requirements, sort and put away deliveries, comply with essential food handling procedures, follow recipes and cooking techniques so food is produced with a consistent outcome.  Minimum 2 years solid line &/or cook experience required.  Weekends a must, schedule should be flexible; able to work fill in when necessary.  Must be capable to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.

Dishwasher (FT)
A Dishwasher who will wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Also, the Dishwasher will be asked to keep the dishes and equipment clean and organized.  He/she may at times assist in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and putting together entrees. Such skills include proficiently being able to utilize a wide range of kitchen tools including proper knife handling.  General Responsibilities: Load, run and unload dish machine. Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately. Ensures that food is properly stored. Performing kitchen maintenance; emptying the trash, mopping floors and washing dishes. Flexible schedule. Applicant must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and bend.
