Bakery Manager (F/T)
The Bakery Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and merchandising for the Bakery Department. Manager coordinates closely with personnel to obtain information, identify needs, and investigate and resolve problems.  Seeks to continuously improve service and product quality.  Ensures that the Company's professional reputation is maintained and that superior customer service is provided.  Responsibilities include: Supervision of sales and department personnel, maintain appropriate inventory levels and vendor purchases, monitors costs and sales, ensure proper stocking of inventory purchasing duties and building relationships with vendors, looks continuously to improve service and product quality.  Assure proper food handling procedures and sanitation requirements are followed.  Handling personnel issues, equipment problems, product concerns, vendors and customers.  Flexible schedule must be able to work weekends, holidays and lift up to 50lbs occasionally.

Production Baker (FT)
Baker is a full time position. The evening/day hours available 5 days a week. Additional hours possible during the holidays. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following: Prepares "Sickles' Own" production items 5 days a week as ordered by the bakery staff, adheres to approved recipes, works closely with bakery manager and lead baker to coordinate quality and consistency of product, assists with ordering and maintaining supplies as needed for production, maintains kitchen area, food preparation machines, ovens and equipment. Qualifications include the ability to apply safety and sanitation standards, good baking skills, and organizational/communication skills.  Ability to use knives, gas range, broiler, oven, slicer, mixer and all related industrial cooking.  Must be able to lift 25 or more pounds occasionally and standing for extended periods of time.

Bakery Counter Sales (FT/PT)
Searching for an individual with incredible customer service skills. Weekends a must! Knowledge or food interest a PLUS! Maintains work area, packages product. Qualifications: Dependable and reliable, must be able to lift 20 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally. Bakery experience a plus, general food knowledge even better. 

Cart Person/Customer Service Clerk (FT/PT)
Responsible for keeping parking lot carts organized, front end baskets orderly and replenished. Trash removal and sweeping of store and property required.  Assist customers and other departments when necessary.  Must be courteous, organized, hardworking and flexible schedule. 

Cashier (FT/PT)
Position requires cash handling skills, customer service, attention to details, physical labor and operating a computerized register. This includes the ability to lift 25 or more pounds occasionally and standing for extended periods of time. After school and weekends a must. Candidates with some retail, culinary, or gardening helpful. 

Deli Clerk (FT/PT)
Responsibilities are, but not limited to, customer service, taking food/catering orders, sandwich making, daily food set up/presentation, packing prepared foods, slicing of cold cuts, putting deliveries away, portioning of soups and salad dressing, cleaning and sanitation. Must be friendly, dependable, self-motivated and a great team player. Able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time. Weekends a must. Experience helpful.

Butcher Counter (FT)
Candidates who apply for the Butcher Counter position must possess the following skills: Good working knowledge of food quality, hygiene and sanitation. Strong Customer Service skills and ability to interact with other people.  Package, wrap, weigh, stamp, mark and accurately price and label merchandise for retail sale.  Proactively engage customers, promote product and sales, build customer relationships, and provide outstanding customer service. Operate relevant equipment in a safe and productive manner.  Standing and walking for extended periods of time required and lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling a cart up to 100 lbs. required. Flexible schedule.  

Deli Barback- (FT/PT)
Responsible for packing out soups, dressing, salads, making sure all items in the cases are full, putting deliveries away, removing garbage from deli line and keeping area clean and sanitary in accordance with established procedures. Reports directly to Deli/Asst. Deli Manager. Applicant must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.  Weekends necessary.

Dishwasher (FT)
A Dishwasher who will wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Also, the Dishwasher will be asked to keep the dishes and equipment clean and organized.  He/she may at times assist in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and putting together entrees. Such skills include proficiently being able to utilize a wide range of kitchen tools including proper knife handling.  General Responsibilities: Load, run and unload dish machine. Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately. Ensures that food is properly stored. Performing kitchen maintenance; emptying the trash, mopping floors and washing dishes. Flexible schedule. Applicant must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and bend.
