Courses are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 14 persons per class. Persons wishing to reserve their space for one or more classes must pay in full, in advance, online, by phone, or in person to guarantee enrollment. Upon demand and when warranted by the number of requests, classes will be repeated whenever possible. Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance of the course date to receive a full refund. If less than 10 days notice is given, fee can be used for a future class or a substitute person may attend to take your place or you may receive the course recipes in the mail. If less than 72 hours notice is given, fee is non-refundable. Sorry, no exceptions. Sickles Market reserves the right to cancel any class at its discretion. You will be notified by phone of the cancellation, and the course fee will be refunded. In the event of severe inclement weather, classes may need to be rescheduled. If so, you will be notified by phone prior to the class. Classes start on time, so punctual arrival is encouraged.
