JOB POSTINGS

Cook (FT)
As a Production Cook you will use your culinary talents and work with a team to ensure the prepared foods are up to standards our customers have come to expect.  You will assist the Deli Manager, Executive Chef and Sous Chef in setting the culinary standard for the store.  Complete daily food production requirements, sort and put away deliveries, comply with essential food handling procedures, follow recipes and cooking techniques so food is produced with a consistent outcome.  Minimum 2 years solid line &/or cook experience required.  Weekends a must, schedule should be flexible; able to work fill in when necessary.  Must be capable to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.

Deli Clerk (FT/PT)
Responsibilities are, but not limited to, customer service, taking food/catering orders, sandwich making, daily food set up/presentation, packing prepared foods, slicing of cold cuts, putting deliveries away, portioning of soups and salad dressing, cleaning and sanitation. Must be friendly, dependable, self-motivated and a great team player. Able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time. Weekends a must. Experience helpful.
