Sickles Market stands behind every product we sell. If unsatisfied with any Sickles Market food, return the item with receipt within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly replace, refund, or issue a store credit. Returns without receipt will be offered a store credit.

Sickles Market Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase in saleable condition with receipt
Returns in saleable condition without a receipt will be offered a store credit
Custom orders, used or damaged items will not be accepted
Items with gift receipt will be issued a store credit
Sale and Holiday items are Final Sale and cannot be returned
Qualifying Returns will be exchanged, or refunded in the form purchased or issued a store credit. Purchases by check will be refunded in cash (7 business days after purchase)

All Floral purchases must be returned within 3 days of sale date with receipt

All returns are assessed by a Sickles Market Horticulturalist
Plants purchased at Full Price can be returned within 14 days of sale date must be in saleable condition with receipt to qualify for refund. We will gladly replace, refund in the form purchased, or issue a store credit
Discounted Plants are Final Sale and cannot be returned
Plants returned without receipt will not be accepted
Trees and Shrubs purchased at Full Price are guaranteed for 1 Year with the purchase of Bumper Crop
Roses purchased at Full Price are guaranteed to October 31 of sale year with the purchase of Bumper Crop
Annuals, Perennials, Container Plants, Bulbs, Tropicals and Hanging Baskets are not guaranteed
Qualifying dead plant returns will be issued a store credit
Replacement plants are not guaranteed
Ask us how to best care for your plants purchased at Sickles Market. If your plants don’t seem right, call us!
Our professional horticulturalists will determine whether your plant qualifies for replacement. If deemed to be replaced, you will be offered a one time replacement plant of equal value or given a store credit.
