Elote (Mexican Street Corn)
Grilled corn served with either butter, mayonnaise, or sour cream along with chile seasoning, lime, cilantro, and cotija cheese. We have a feeling this will become a standard in your household after you make it for the first time.
Smoky Corn & Jalapeño Dip
You can’t have a complete summer without dip. This dip balances sweet, smoky, and spicy flavors, with plenty of corn freshly cut from the cob.
