Pink Drink Season

Long hot days and starry nights near the shore call for the refreshing, tannic sips of Rosé. Rosé is made from red wine grapes with a shorter period of skin contact during crushing and initial fermentation than when making a Red. Less time means a more pale color–like a blush–and a lighter, less tannic body.

Pair your pink drink with summer salads, eggs and quiches, shrimp, lobster, bruschetta, mozzarella, melon. tuna salad, grilled chicken, or PIZZA. We asked our team at Bottles to give us a rundown of what they are sipping on this season.
